What is vismLapdRxReadyFrames?
This read-only Counter32 counts Receiver Ready (RR) frames received on this LAPD link, which are control frames used to acknowledge received I-frames and indicate the far end is ready for more. An admin uses this to gauge normal flow-control handshaking on the link, since a healthy LAPD connection should show a steady trickle of RR frames alongside data traffic. A total absence of RR frames while data is being sent would suggest the far end isn't acknowledging properly, risking a stalled window.
