What is vismLapdN200?

This read-create Integer32, ranging 1 to 10, sets N200, the maximum number of times a LAPD frame will be retransmitted before the link gives up on it. An admin adjusts this to control how persistent the LAPD layer is in the face of transient errors before it escalates or declares the link down. Lowering this value would make the trunk detect a failing link faster at the cost of tolerating fewer transient glitches, which matters when tuning failover behavior on a backhaul connection.
