Description: This object indicate the linking state on a given DLC.
What is vismLapdDlcLinkState?
This read-only INTEGER reports the linking state on a given DLC as up(1), down(2), or unknown(3). An admin monitors this per-DLC state as a direct health indicator distinct from the broader trunk state, since a trunk could be in service overall while an individual DLC within it is down. Seeing this value flip to down(2) on a specific DLC would direct the admin's troubleshooting to that particular data link rather than the whole trunk.
