cwceLteRsrpOnsetNotifThreshold

Module: CISCO-WAN-CELL-EXT-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-WAN-CELL-EXT-MIB::cwceLteRsrpOnsetNotifThreshold

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.817.1.1.1.1.1.9

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: CiscoWanCellExtRsrp

Access: read-write

Description: This object specifies the RSRP onset threshold
value. If the value of cwceLteCurrRsrp goes
below the threshold and the service bit in
cwceLteRsrpOnsetNotifFlag is set, the
cwceLteRsrqOnsetNotif notification for that
service will be sent. The absolute value of
cwceLteRsrpAbateNotifThreshold should be less
than or equal to the absolute value of
cwceLteRsrpOnsetNotifThreshold
(|cwceLteRsrpAbateNotifThreshold| <=
|cwceLteRsrpOnsetNotifThreshold|).

What is cwceLteRsrpOnsetNotifThreshold?

This read-write object sets the RSRP onset threshold; when the live cwceLteCurrRsrp value drops below this threshold and the corresponding service bit in cwceLteRsrpOnsetNotifFlag is enabled, an onset notification is sent, and the MIB notes the abate threshold's absolute value must stay less than or equal to this onset threshold's absolute value. An administrator sets this to define what counts as a weak-signal condition worth alerting on. For example, setting this threshold to -110 dBm would trigger an alert as soon as signal strength weakens past that point.
