Description: This object specifies the payload type to be used when fax upspeed happens.

IANA values (0..95) are static payload and (96..127) are dynamic payload type.

This object is applicable only in the case of VOIP applications, for AAL2 the upspeedCodec is obtained from profile table and this object will have no affect.
