This read-only Counter tallies the number of frames received on ingress that already had the BECN (Backward Explicit Congestion Notification) bit set by an upstream device. An administrator tracks this to see congestion feedback flowing back toward this endpoint from downstream network elements. For example, an increase in rcvFramesBECN on a channel suggests that traffic destined in the reverse direction from this endpoint is experiencing congestion somewhere further along its path.
