What is portSvcLcnHigh?
This read-only integer (16..4015) reports the high end of the logical channel number range reserved for SVCs on this port; it is not supported on FRSM12. An administrator reads this together with portSvcLcnLow to bound the full LCN range available for switched virtual circuit signaling on this port. For example, a port with portSvcLcnLow of 3000 and portSvcLcnHigh of 4015 has that entire top portion of the LCN space reserved exclusively for SVCs.
