What is portSvcDlciLow?
This read-only integer (0..1023) reports the low end of the DLCI range reserved for SVCs on this port; it is not supported on FRSM12. An administrator reads this together with portSvcDlciHigh to determine which DLCI numbers on this port are set aside for switched virtual circuits rather than static PVCs. For example, a port reporting portSvcDlciLow of 900 would show DLCIs below 900 on that port are available for PVC use rather than reserved for SVC signaling.
