This read-only object reports the bandwidth increment for the port's queue, expressed as the percentage of port bandwidth used by connections mapped to that queue, scaled by 16384. An administrator uses it to see how much of the port's capacity a particular service queue has been allocated in the scheduler's internal units. For example, comparing portQBwInc values across a port's active queues would show an engineer how bandwidth is being proportioned among high-priority, VBR, and UBR traffic classes.
