This read-write TruthValue indicates whether Non-Time-Stamped traffic can be routed over the trunk; if True it can be rerouted, otherwise it cannot. An administrator uses it to control whether this lower-priority, delay-tolerant traffic class is allowed onto the trunk during rerouting, freeing capacity for more delay-sensitive classes if disabled. For example, disabling Nts on a trunk already carrying Time-Stamped voice traffic keeps best-effort data connections from competing for that trunk's bandwidth.
