parTrkCnfgPassSync

Module: CISCO-WAN-AXIPOP-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-WAN-AXIPOP-MIB::parTrkCnfgPassSync

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.130.2.2.1.5

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: TruthValue

Access: read-write

Description: This object specifies whether the trunk can be used to pass clock sync. If the value of this object is True, clock can be synchronized through the trunk; otherwise not.

What is parTrkCnfgPassSync?

This read-write TruthValue specifies whether the trunk can be used to pass clock synchronization; when True, clock can be synchronized through the trunk, and when False it cannot. An administrator enables this on trunks intended to carry network timing so downstream nodes can derive their clock reference through that path. For example, setting parTrkCnfgPassSync to True on the trunk connecting to the node holding the primary clock source lets timing propagate to nodes further out in the network.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.130.2.2.1.5
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-WAN-AXIPOP-MIB::parTrkCnfgPassSync

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.130.2.2.1.5.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-WAN-AXIPOP-MIB::parTrkCnfgPassSync.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.130.2.2.1.5.1 s <value>

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> parTrkCnfgPassSync.1
