An administrator uses this as the CDP-specific delay ceiling for data traffic traveling between CDP endpoints across the network, distinct from the general data delay ceiling in parSysParmsMaxDDelay. For example, this separate ceiling lets the operator apply different network-delay tolerances to CDP-originated data traffic than to standard data connections.
