This read-only TruthValue specifies, network-wide, whether standard Frame Relay Be and Bc parameters are used; standard parameters are used if the value is True. An administrator uses this to know how the switch interprets and enforces committed and excess burst sizes for Frame Relay traffic across the network. For example, knowing whether standard Be/Bc handling is in effect helps the operator correctly interpret why certain Frame Relay connections are or aren't experiencing burst-related discards.
