What is parNetParmNetwWindowSz?

This read-write INTEGER specifies the window size for the network handler for messages to any node, that is, the number of messages the network handler can have outstanding to a node simultaneously without receiving acknowledgment. An administrator tunes this flow-control window over the internode signaling channel to balance signaling throughput against the risk of overwhelming a slower peer node. For example, increasing the window size lets more control-plane messages be in flight to a given node at once, improving signaling throughput to that node at the cost of potentially larger message backlogs if acknowledgments are delayed.
