What is parNetParmMsgMaxTimeoutSat?

This read-write INTEGER specifies the maximum number of times the network handler times out waiting for acknowledgment of a control-plane message sent to a node reachable through all-satellite trunks. An administrator uses this as a separate, typically more tolerant retry ceiling for higher-latency satellite paths, distinct from the terrestrial-path retry ceiling in parNetParmMsgMaxTimeout. For example, this being configured higher than the terrestrial equivalent reflects the extra round-trip delay inherent to satellite links, which naturally requires more patience before declaring a message failure.
