This read-write INTEGER specifies the minimum interval, in milliseconds, between sending of conditional updates to any two nodes. An administrator uses this to pace the rate of conditional update traffic on a per-node-pair basis, preventing any single pair of nodes from being flooded with conditional updates in quick succession. For example, increasing this interval reduces conditional-update traffic between busy node pairs at the cost of slower propagation of non-mandatory topology changes.
