What is parNetParmCfTestInterval?
This read-write INTEGER specifies the minimum time interval between the comm-fail tests for a trunk. An administrator uses this to pace the comm-fail liveness test, which is a distinct test from the comm-break test and is controlled overall by parOnOffCommFailTest. For example, a shorter test interval detects a trunk going into comm fail more quickly, at the cost of more frequent test traffic on that trunk.
