This read-write TruthValue specifies whether mandatory updates to any given node are sent one at a time or all at once; True sends them all simultaneously, False sends them one at a time. An administrator uses this to control the burstiness of update delivery to a single peer node. For example, setting this to False on a node with a slower control-plane link avoids overwhelming that link with a simultaneous burst of mandatory updates.
