What is parIfRxBw?

This read-only INTEGER reports the receive bandwidth provisioned for the interface, expressed in units of cells per second. An administrator uses it to know the inbound cell-carrying capacity allotted to the port, which matters when diagnosing whether incoming traffic could be approaching the interface's ceiling. For example, comparing parIfRxBw against actual received cell counters helps confirm whether a congestion complaint is due to the interface itself being undersized rather than a downstream trunk.
