Description: This object specifies the minimum VPI that PAR can use for configuring connection in the interface.

What is parIfHiAddrMin?

This read-only INTEGER specifies the minimum VPI (Virtual Path Identifier) that PAR's automatic routing can use when configuring a connection on the interface. An administrator relies on this floor to know which low-numbered VPIs are reserved outside of automatic allocation, for example ones set aside for manual or management use. For example, if parIfHiAddrMin is 1, PAR will never automatically assign VPI 0 to a new connection on that interface.
