What is parConnRstrZcs?
This read-only TruthValue specifies whether ZCS (zero code suppression) lines should be avoided for this connection. An administrator enables this restriction on connections sensitive to the bit-robbing signal degradation associated with ZCS-encoded T1 lines, ensuring PAR avoids routing them over such lines. For example, a voice or data connection with strict signal-quality requirements would have this set to True so it is never routed over a ZCS-encoded trunk.
