What is parConnMasterShip?
This read-only TruthValue specifies whether this end of the connection is the master or the slave of the connection. An administrator uses this to understand which node's side of a given PVC takes precedence during signaling events such as rerouting or fault recovery for that circuit. For example, knowing the local node holds mastership over a particular PVC clarifies why reroute attempts for that connection are being initiated from this node rather than the remote one.
