What is frResPartDlciHigh?
This read-write object sets the high end of the range of DLCIs reserved for a resource partition. Together with frResPartDlciLow it defines the boundaries of the DLCI block set aside for a particular controller on the port. For example, an engineer expanding capacity for SVC-based connections would raise this upper bound to widen the reserved DLCI range.
