This read-write integer is the connection's Sustained Cell Rate, used for VBR connections set up through a PNNI controller; on FRSM12 the default is frConnPCR, and this object does not apply to MGX Release 1.x. An administrator sets frConnSCR to define the sustained ATM traffic contract rate for VBR service on connections managed by PNNI. For example, on an FRSM12 VBR connection where frConnSCR is left unset, it defaults to the same value already established for frConnPCR rather than to a separately derived sustained rate.
