This read-only counter tracks the number of cells successfully reassembled and played out toward the T1/E1/T3/E3 line interface, explicitly excluding any cells that were discarded for any reason along the way. An administrator uses this as the measure of actual delivered traffic on the line side of the circuit-emulation channel, distinct from cesGenCells which counts traffic in the opposite direction. Comparing its growth rate against expected line traffic helps confirm the channel is delivering data at the expected rate.
