This read-only counter tracks how many times the AAL1 reassembler on this channel found its Structured Data Transfer pointer out of its expected position and had to reacquire synchronization, a condition not supported on CESM-8P due to AAL1 SAR limitations and not applicable to CESM-4T1/E1 or CESM-T3/E3 at all. An administrator on a card type where this counter applies uses it to detect reassembly synchronization problems in structured-mode CES traffic. A rising count here indicates the channel is repeatedly losing and reacquiring pointer alignment, which can manifest as brief glitches in the emulated circuit.
