Description: Peak cell rate,if not provided in the connection setup request,it will be computed as follows, For CESM-8T1/E1 - N * 64 Kbps , where N = Number of timeslots assigned to this channel.

For CESM-T3, the value is 44736 Kbps For CESM-E3, the value is 34368 Kbps.

What is cesConnPCR?

This read-write value specifies the connection's Peak Cell Rate, and when left unset the card computes it automatically based on the channel's bandwidth: N times 64 Kbps for CESM-8T1/E1 (where N is the number of assigned timeslots), or the full line rate of 44736 Kbps for T3 and 34368 Kbps for E3. An administrator typically leaves this unset to let the card derive the correct PCR from the channel's timeslot assignment, only overriding it for specific traffic-engineering reasons. For example, a CESM-8T1/E1 channel assigned 4 timeslots would automatically compute a PCR of 256 Kbps if this object is left unconfigured.
