This read-only counter tracks how many times the channel's SAR (Segmentation and Reassembly) hardware received a structurally valid AAL-1 cell from the internal CellBus that arrived out of its expected sequence order. An administrator watches this counter for signs of internal cell-ordering problems on the card's backplane distinct from external line or network issues. A rising count here, isolated from other line-facing error counters like cesHdrErrors, points investigation toward the card's internal cellbus/SAR interaction rather than the external circuit.
