An administrator lengthens this integration period to avoid flapping the loss status on brief, transient cell loss, or shortens it to detect sustained loss conditions more quickly. For example, setting cesCellLossIntegrationPeriod to 1000 (its minimum) makes the channel report loss status changes based on just a one-second observation window.
