What is bertStartTime?
This read-only DisplayString reports the BERT test's start time in hh:mm:ss format, using the time zone configured in the shelf. An admin reviewing test results would use this timestamp to establish exactly when the test began relative to other events like an outage or maintenance window. Combined with bertStartDate, it gives a full timestamp for correlating BERT results with other logged events.
