This read-only object reports the current status of the shared BERT test resources, which can only be used by one user at a time: free means available, inUse means another test is running, and cleanupPending means a prior test is being torn down. An admin wanting to start a new BERT test would check this status first to confirm the resource isn't already claimed by someone else. Seeing inUse would tell the admin to check bertOwner to find out who currently holds the BERT resource before attempting to acquire it.
