What is bertLoopbackOperation?

This read-write object specifies whether the requested loopback operation is to bring the loop up (activate it) or take it down (deactivate it). It's the action trigger paired with bertLoopback's chosen loopback type. An admin finishing a loopback test would set this to loopDown to restore the circuit to normal operation before releasing the BERT resources.
