What is bbConnSCR?
This read-write value sets the Sustained Cell Rate for this connection end-point, similarly potentially derived from other end-point parameters. It's the average-rate traffic contract counterpart to bbConnPCR for this end-point. As with PCR, an admin may rely on automatic derivation rather than manually setting bbConnSCR for every connection.
