What is bbChanVci?
This read-write value is the VCI assigned to this channel's connection, paired with bbChanVpi to fully identify a virtual channel connection. For VPC-type channels this value is less relevant since the whole VPI is switched, but for VCC channels it's essential to pinpoint the exact circuit. An admin provisioning a customer PVC would set bbChanVci to a value within whatever VCI range is reserved on that logical interface.
