What is bbChanLocalVci?
This read-only value reports the local-end VCI actually in use for this channel, the read-only confirmation counterpart to the configured bbChanVci. Together with bbChanLocalVpi it gives the definitive local-side identity of the connection as currently established. An admin verifying a connection came up exactly as configured would compare bbChanLocalVpi and bbChanLocalVci against the values they set in bbChanVpi and bbChanVci.
