What is bbChanEgrPercentUtil?
This read-write value sets the expected percentage utilization of the egress service rate for this connection, feeding into egress bandwidth accounting and admission control decisions. It's the egress-direction counterpart to bbChanIngrPercentUtil, letting admission control reserve egress capacity based on anticipated rather than peak usage. If a connection's actual egress usage regularly exceeds this configured percentage, an admin may need to raise bbChanEgrPercentUtil to keep admission-control calculations realistic.
