What is cvVoIPPeerCfgMinAcceptableQoSVideo?

This is a read-write setting specifying the lowest Quality of Service that will still be accepted for the video portion of a call on this peer, acting as a floor below the desired video QoS. An admin configures this so video calls can still proceed under degraded network conditions as long as they meet this minimum, rather than being rejected outright. For example, during periods of network congestion, a video call on this peer could still connect at the minimum acceptable QoS rather than failing entirely.
