What is cvVoIPPeerCfgMinAcceptableQoS?
This is a read-write setting specifying the lowest Quality of Service level that will still be accepted for a call on this VoIP peer, serving as a floor below the desired QoS setting. An admin configures this so that if the network can't deliver the desired QoS, the call can still proceed as long as it meets this minimum bar rather than failing outright. For example, setting a lower minimum-acceptable QoS than the desired QoS would let calls still connect during times of network congestion, just with less guaranteed quality.
