What is cvVoIPCallHistoryPtime?
This Integer32 (20-100 ms) indicates the length of time represented by the media in each packet for an AMR-NB call, with 20 milliseconds being the only supported value, and it is only instantiated for the gsmAmrNb coder. Administrators use it to confirm the actual packetization time negotiated for the call, which influences both bandwidth efficiency and end-to-end delay. For example, if two AMR-NB implementations show interoperability trouble, confirming both sides negotiated the same 20ms Ptime rules out packetization mismatch as the cause.
