What is cvVoIPCallHistoryModeChgPeriod?
This Integer32 (1-100 frame-blocks) indicates the interval, in frame-blocks, at which AMR-NB codec mode changes are permitted, and it is only instantiated when the negotiated coder is gsmAmrNb. Administrators reviewing AMR-NB call behavior use it to understand how frequently the codec was allowed to adapt its bit rate mode during the call. For example, a very long mode-change period would explain why an AMR-NB call was slow to adapt its rate even as network conditions changed mid-call.
