What is cvVoIPCallHistoryBitRates?
This CvAmrNbBitRateMode object indicates the bit rate mode(s) in use for the call, and like other AMR-NB-specific objects it is only instantiated when the negotiated coder is gsmAmrNb. Administrators use it to see exactly which AMR-NB bit rate mode was selected for a given call, which affects both bandwidth consumption and voice quality. For example, comparing this value across calls can reveal whether the AMR-NB codec is adapting to lower bit rates during periods of network congestion.
