What is cvVoIPCallActiveUsername?
This is a read-only text field, up to 16 characters, holding the textual username identifying the calling party of this VoIP call, with a zero-length value if the username wasn't available. An admin uses this to identify the authenticated user associated with a call, which is more specific than a phone number when the call-control protocol carries username-based identity. For example, in a SIP deployment with authenticated users, this field would show the SIP username of the caller rather than just their dialed number.
