This is a read-only globally unique identifier assigned to the active VoIP leg of a call, paralleling cvCallActiveConnectionId for the telephony leg. An admin uses this to track the IP-side leg of a call distinctly from its telephony-side leg, and to correlate the two legs of the same overall call together. For example, an admin tracing a call end-to-end through a gateway would match this VoIP-leg connection ID against the telephony-leg connection ID to confirm they belong to the same call.
