An admin sets this to prevent call attempts from spilling over to alternate peers past this one, useful when reaching this peer should be treated as final regardless of outcome. For example, an admin might set hunt-stop on a peer representing a terminal routing condition so hunting doesn't continue trying other peers after matching it.
