What is cvGeneralMediaPolicyNotificationEnable?

This is a read-write true/false setting that controls whether cvdcPolicyViolationNotification traps are generated when a media policy violation is detected on SIP voice calls. An admin enables this to catch cases where a SIP call's media stream doesn't comply with configured media policy, which can indicate misconfigured or non-compliant endpoints on the network. For example, enabling this notification would let an admin be alerted automatically if a SIP call negotiates media parameters that violate the gateway's configured media policy.
