cvCallVolumeWMTableSize

Module: CISCO-VOICE-DIAL-CONTROL-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-VOICE-DIAL-CONTROL-MIB::cvCallVolumeWMTableSize

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.63.1.4.3.11

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-write

Description: This Object specifies the number of entries the watermark table will maintain.

This value will decide the number of elements in cvCallRateWMTable, cvCallLegRateWMTable, cvActiveCallWMTable and cvSipMsgRateWMTable.

What is cvCallVolumeWMTableSize?

This read-write Unsigned32 (3-10) sets the number of historical entries maintained in each of the watermark tables: cvCallRateWMTable, cvCallLegRateWMTable, cvActiveCallWMTable, and cvSipMsgRateWMTable. Administrators adjust this to control how much watermark history is retained for trend analysis versus how much memory the device dedicates to storing it. For example, increasing this value from the default toward 10 would let an admin retain a longer history of peak call-rate events for post-incident analysis, at the cost of slightly more device memory.
