What is cvCallRateHiWaterMark?
This is a read-only integer, from 0 to 65535, reporting the highest call rate observed in any single monitoring interval since call-rate monitoring was enabled on this gateway. An admin uses this to understand the peak call-handling load the gateway has experienced, which is valuable for capacity planning without needing continuous historical logging. For example, an admin deciding whether to upgrade a gateway's licensed call capacity would check this high-water mark to see the highest sustained call rate it has actually needed to handle.
