cvCallDurationStatsThreshold

Module: CISCO-VOICE-DIAL-CONTROL-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-VOICE-DIAL-CONTROL-MIB::cvCallDurationStatsThreshold

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.63.1.4.3.10

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Description: This Object specifies the thresold duration in seconds. cvCallDurationStatsTable will monitor all the calls below this threshold.

Decresing the value of the threshold will reset this table.

What is cvCallDurationStatsThreshold?

This read-write Unsigned32 (1-3600 seconds) sets the duration threshold below which cvCallDurationStatsTable counts calls, and decreasing this value resets the table's counters. Administrators tune this threshold to define what counts as a 'short' call for their environment, whether flagging misdials, failed connections, or potential fraud attempts. For example, an admin investigating suspiciously many quick calls might lower this threshold to more tightly define 'short' and immediately reset the counting table to start fresh measurements.
