What is cvCallActiveCoderTypeRate?
This is a read-only value reporting the coder rate actually negotiated for voice or fax compression on this active call leg. An admin checks this to see the real, in-effect codec for a live call, which may differ from what was configured on the peer due to negotiation with the far end. For example, an admin diagnosing a live call's unexpectedly poor audio would check this object to confirm which coder actually got negotiated rather than assuming the configured default was used.
