What is vismRudpSessionSyncAttempts?

This read-write Integer32 (1-32), modifiable after a session is created, is the maximum number of attempts the gateway makes to synchronize with the MGC. An admin cares because this bounds how persistently the gateway retries establishing RUDP synchronization before giving up. For example, an operator on a link with occasional transient packet loss during handshake might raise this value so sync attempts are more likely to eventually succeed.
